The contact form and ordinary email are for general communication. Please do not include sensitive health information or use them for emergencies. Information may be processed by website, form, hosting, or email providers that help us operate these services, and no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Counseling records and HIPAA
Information created or maintained as part of counseling care is handled outside this public website and is subject to applicable privacy laws and the practice’s clinical privacy documents. Current clients may request the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices or ask questions about access, corrections, confidential communications, and other privacy rights.
